Crossing the ball high constantly, keep it low, we're unlikely to win a header when the box is packed. Low and hard! High floated crosses are easy to head away, a low hard cross between ankle and knee high you don't want to touch it as a defender.

Ox can't play against teams that sit back, he's not good against packed defences, he needs the game to be more open so he has space to run into.

It's been painful the last month, the same tactics game after game and failing at it. Change the pattern of play ffs.

Everyone should be taking a page out of Shaq's book - balls on the ground passed in between players.

That one didn't work, slightly heavy, but it's the right idea and exactly how we'll get through a defence that are so comfortable in the air.

Mane needed to just touch the ball, not shoot, then it's a penalty. He got there, then the burnley player took him out, but because he shot it doesn't matter.

So, what's the rule with something like that challenge on Mane?

if you tackle someone just after they've passed the ball in the middle of the pitch, it's a stonewall free. But it seems like when the same thing happens after someone shoots, it's nothing? Why is a shot different to a pass? The player still tackled late..

Great save Ali, even if it would've been offside. It'd be typical for Barnes to grab the winner when he shouldn't even be on the pitch.
