    Mad Max 2. Absolutely one of the best action movies of all time and everything is done for real and in camera.

    The Empire Strikes Back. Not a star wars fan boy, but a brilliant sequel. Darker and deeper than the first film.

    Yeah, that's how much I hate the Skywalker Saga (I've seen Episode 1-8 all once, so I gave them a fair shot/was dragged along to a few of those by my mates). The greater Star Wars world is fairly decent from what I've seen.

    Like I say, I'm not a major fan of Star Wars, but I can't overlook the qualities of Empire.

    It set the standard for blockbuster sequels, enormously influential film in movie history, broadened out and enriched the mythos of the world. It has a grim and sombre tone that gives weight to the action. And that climax with Luke and Vader is one of the best movie sequences of all time.

    The Colour of Money is an okay movie about lads playing pool.

    Absolutely no comparison in any way.
