logging in issue

Hi

I'm trying to login to boards through chrome on my laptop. It's a new laptop and I couldn't remember the password so I reset it on my phone. (2 times to be sure)

It will allow me to login on my phone with the new password but not the laptop, I can only login through facebook on the laptop. I'd prefer not too can anyone tell me what's going on and how to fix it please?

Can you try clearing your cookies and cache in Chrome on the browser and see if you can log in then?

Also make sure that Chrome isn't infilling a previous password for you.

I have tried that to no avail, also tried with edge it's the same thing.

Patrick, can you tell us what error message you get when you try to log in on Chrome please? A screenshot if possible would be great, thank you.

I got sorted, I logged out on my phone too and reset my password again.

this worked so thank you.
