Tracked delivery to a US address

Hi - it's been a long time since I've sent something overseas. I'm usually purchasing. What's the best option to send a package around the size of a shoebox to the US with track and trace delivery? ie. I want to see when the receiver signs for it, and want to be able to track it along the way. Thanks
