Pubs with no strict time limits

Heading to Galway on December 28th for a couple of nights with the other half. Is there any pubs around the city centre that dont have any strict time limits when it comes to grub and drinks

Honestly if people weren't so selfish and could be trusted the restaurant industry could stay open longer and we could all enjoy it.

In fairness they are following the rules. If the restaurants aren't safe they should be closed. If they are safe then what they are doing is fine.
