    Hi there,

First of all I will admit I haven't a bog how to do this. A family member bought a Teclast F7 Plus. There seems to be no Bluetooth and some of the F keys don't seem to respond (like increase or decrease brightness).

On the teclast website there is firmware updates.

    https://www.teclast.com/en/firmware/showtools.php

Ive downloaded it, so what do I do with it now?

I dont know if I caused the problems as I done a fresh install using the Windows Media Creation tool.

    So problems I am having.

    No Bluetooth.
    Some keys not working/

    Cheers

I would suggest if you are unsure about any firmware, don't touch it.

If it goes wrong you are left with a piece of building material...

Well I managed to update the drivers and all seems to be working now though you have to hold the FN keys to get the F keys working. Could be worse! Thanks for the pointers!

There could be a toggle in the BIOS making the F keys default.
