Hub Controller problem

Hi. My hub controller heating unit is gone awry and is resetting the temperature, turning itself on during the night. Yesterday it went from 21° to 27° without us touching the unit or the phone app. This morning I woke and went to turn it on via app and it was already on at 20°. I had turned it off last night at the unit and it was set to 21°. Could a neighbour’s unit/app be the problem? Could we be unwittingly controlling each others settings? I don’t know if my neighbour has it installed and I can’t find out as she is very private and doesn’t respond to people at the door.

    Is this a hive?

The way hive works is that it adjusts the setpoint based on a time schedule. By default when the unit is off its set to 7c and during the on period goes to 21c.

Check your schedule, someone has been messing with it. Also you mention 'turning it off' you shouldn't be doing this, use the 'advance' feature if you want to switch off the heating when it's on.

I believe the OP is asking about 'Hub Controller' not 'Hive'.
