It's not even that christy if you read the post. Go on, give it a go.

Once is enough to read your gibberish.

I would love to sit him down and ask him where he sits on house to house calls on anyone who crosses the bhoys. I can only imagine his belligerent nature is well capable of the cold stare across the room. His connections to Ográ Sinn Féin could well get him over the line in a leadership contest but you are in to the blind leading the blind after that. I have seen him handing out the orations at Liberty Hall as if he was gods gift to Irish socialism, Larkin or Connelly would cringe at the thought of him.

Waving Tweets around the Dáil as if they matter. I blame the daydreaming on the old Donegal Road, he hasn't a rats what he is at.

Just as well the Shinners got more than enough votes in Donegal so. Doesn't seem like he'll get yours.

HEP C , Noonan gloated at the victim's,

Does that excuse SF's economic stupidity?

What actual policies have SF implemented ?, Eamon the cauliflower was going to ban cars ,planes and fireplaces before he got a ministry, now he's begging people to fly.
There's multiple real cases of FG ineptitude and pure thieving

Half expect missing posters to go up for Joe McHugh, hasn't been seen or heard of in months, probably isolating in his home in Offaly

How could they have implemented stuff in opposition? Im talking about the absolute nonsense they have proposed over the years.

Wait until she's asking FG to curb their enthusiasm for Collins. :)

I read that as Francie saying Pearse got in FG's bad books because of the fiscal space thing in 2016. And then went to to talk about poor Pearse not being able to get a look in (here is the defence IMO).

Rubbish. I never mentioned anything about his policy. Correcting Michael Noonan is not 'policy' and Pearse not getting a look in on boards.ie with the FG lads and lassies that took offence has nothing to do with policy either.

Walk away christy you did indeed make a hames of that one.

TDs glorifying terrorism. Anti vaxer TDs criticising the HSE over vaccines. TDs ignoring and encouraging the ignoring of restrictions during a pandemic to go to the funeral of one of their own. Etc etc

I do feel bad for poor floating voters like Francie though. So embarrassed at being duped into believing SF were a credible alternative to government and not a bunch of backwards RA heads that they must spend every waking hour defending these backwards bull**** artists for fear of having to accept they voted for utter gob****es.

It would appear you read it wrong so. He said fgers never forgave Pearse Doherty because he embarrassed Noonan.

As I said the blind leading the blind.

Sure half of them are probably scared witless of crossing them, for fear of getting a knock on the door.

Donegal is a smashing county, thank phuck I don't associate it with Sinn Féin. It has a lot more going for it than the squeals of a few opportunistic political cranks who are fond of telling guerilla war stories and yarns about the boat to Glasgow.

Luckily for Killybegs it is Simon Coveney thumping tables with the Brits over fishing rights, the thought of someone like Matt Carthy getting cute with Dominc Rabb and co. I like Matt Carthy, i would say he is great man to beep the horn and give you a wave up the Town of a Saturday. But he wouldn't know one end of a fishing quota to the back of his arse, he probably thinks Rockall is a can of lager. Rabb would have him spat back out before he realised the negotiations were on. Killybegs can count their blessings despite who they are voting for.

    I stand corrected, apologies Francie.

Can you see any legitimate reason why Pearse might not get a look in with some voters?

Comedy stuff now. You should write for Oliver Callan.

Only SF convinced FG what policy was right for Brexit and let the government work for their wedge for a while.. Enda ruled out special status at the start.
Maybe that's the reason SF do so well in Dun Na Gall? The people always know who the real workers are. Same as in the north, it isn't the darling children of FG and FG; the SDLP, that got rewarded for achieving parity of esteem and equality for them.
You can't cod the people on the ground.

I know not all politicians are not accepted, but I'm asking you for legitimate reasons Pearse is not accepted? Can you see any?

For example, i have voted for FG since 2011, but accept criticism as regards to housing, Leo being a spoofer etc.

More people voted for his policies than for anyone else's in the election. That is the only indicator we have of how many want his policies.

I know that, and I disagree with his policies. Same as you disagreed with the electorate choosing FF or FG for a long time.

I'm asking if you acknowledge any of the criticism of his policies? If so, which ones?

Edit, do you acknowledge any of the criticism as being valid?

I pay no attention to manifestos christy...said this numerous times. My goal in votes SF is to break the power swap and stop the economic direction we have been taking.
I judge on what has actually been done, not what might be done and sales brochure promises. I can tell you if they preside over the various record breaking crises we've had with the power swap, they won't be getting my vote.

Stop the economic direction we have been taking????

We are one of the richest countries in the world. We have the highest social welfare benefits in the EU with the lowest personal taxes thanks to the ability of successive governments to attract foreign investment. And you want to change this?

So in that case, do you not see any legitimate reason to criticise Pearse? Thought it was a fairly straightforward question.

It's the gift that keeps giving.

Latest Shinner - this time a chap whose social media weirdness ended an FF dynasty - to get "called out" by the Woke in and out of New SF is Chris Andrews:

    https://www.independent.ie/irish-news/politics/andrews-in-apology-for-anti-trans-tweets-likes-39830416.html?fbclid=IwAR28E9LMMtKDACKtRG18GdjW_t268rBc5I_YIGTiXx9N1OyePiDTbMNH8oc

His offence? Well, liking a tweet that pointed to the absurdity of large muscular men deciding they are wimmin in order to beat women at weight lifting.

Everyone knows this is true, but Andrews no doubt under pressure from the Woke Brigade (the non binary persons who bate the Black and Tans) has grovelled.

Who's next for the rainbow chopper?

Any republican with any self-respect left in it should burn that Ante Post docket.
Ah here now, Stanley will eventually be let go with a fool's pardon. But only after a pretend period of reflection and a lame formulaic "I'm sorry if I offended anyone" apology. (As opposed to "I'm sorry I wrote offensive tweets").

Andrews, on the other hand, will be granted an immediate and unconditional idiot's pardon because, well, let's just say he has a track record of behaving like one.

That kind of defence actually makes me want to get sick. Not engaging with it. If you can't see the issues then no point talking to you.

What you mean is that all you can do is peddle the same lies about our economic performance that the non-accountant Pearse did, but can’t defend them from any scrutiny.
