HKC - possible to make silent when setting?

    Have a HKC alarm installed. When we set the alarm at night, it says "System alarming" and beeps loudly for a few seconds.

    Is it possible to change a setting to make it set silently? Have the engineers code. Also have the app if that makes any difference?

    Does this occur when you Partset A or Partset B ?
