    No click and collect confirmation email and no money gone off credit card......its squeaky bum time now.

    I even bought 4 games and another controller already :rolleyes:

    yeah, I had the same status, but on the November 17, so a day before. I pre-ordered in December 2019, so maybe thats why

    I'm getting mine from symths via DPD also. Just checked the tracking info and my parcel has started "travelling through the DPD network". It's the first update from DPD tracking in 4 days. So it's looking good.

    Relax. Last week I used Smyths to click & collect an Xbox. I got the text and email after 9pm. I fully expect the same for my PS5 pre-order.

    For those using DPD, what have been peoples experience collecting from a pickup point? I had to reroute my delivery as they were unable to change my home address. Wasn’t chancing it going to my old address!

    For anyone that collected games from Smyths recently do you need the card you pay with , I dont see why they would need it if already charged but its on their site. I dont have the card I paid with as was Revolut disposable one use card.

    "On arrival at the Click & Collect Counter at your selected store you will need: 1) your unique Order Number or your barcode, 2) the credit or debit card used to order the item and 3) Photo identification"

    I had to have my confirmation email for my games today and ID very strict aswell they were.
