Have to agree... TOD putting his head into places you shouldn't.... having a fine game... Coombes showing pace, skill and strength...surely an international cap won't be far away if he keeps on this upward trajectory

Yeah, quietly going about business. I hope he gets an injury free run.

Coombess does seem a special talent, massive engine on him... speed and power... just needs more back of the scrum practice I suppose.....
that first ty was a thing of beauty though, and the chase after that kick from Scannell (I think) he was keeping pace with Sweets..

Coombes will be pushing for European starts with how he’s been going this season.

On a side note tho, I think it’s the first time I’ve ever seen an all female commentating team, even down to Jenny Murphy on the sideline. Fair play, TG4.

Did the Ospreys player get a yellow card?

    Yes

Nice of the Ospreys to basically give up 1 minute into the second half

    That boy can kick!

Casey's had a couple of pointless boxkicks in the match, playing very well otherwise

Stupid early call by the ref, incompetent officiating.

Welsh Rugby is in a really bad place isn't it?

The ball was down before the whistle there imo

    Plank of a ref.....

    This is farcical

The ref shouldn't have blown his whistle so fast, it's the ref getting himself directly involved in the game

It wasnt. tbf he was perfectly positioned and TMO confirmed it..

Too easy for Coombes to score.

    Deserved try eventually scored.
    The young no.8 again

The tmo confirmed the whistle was blown too soon.
    What would you call it?

He was decisive and as it was at try line he was most likely going upstairs anyway. He wasnt sure and went to TMO. It wasnt stupid to call it early. Correct decision was made so why get so upset?

Pass before the high tackle looked about a meter forward.

That could have been a yellow that close to the line.

Who's getting upset? Just pointing out the error.
If he didn't call it early as you admit, it was a try. TMO cant over turn that because the whistle was blown before grounding.

Substitutes have completely ruined the flow of the game.

That card was coming. The slap down at the previous ruck could have been pinged.

Very questionable decision at the end. Down a man in the pack and they go with the maul?

Thought the ref missed an awful lot of no arms tackles, especially in the first half.

The difference between Casey and McCarthy is night and day unfortunately. I genuinely fear for Munster when Casey is inevitably called into the Irish camp.

Watch him again, he was never going upstairs, Jacko and the AR had to ask him to go to the TMO. He blew the whistle too soon and stuck to his guns once the TMO said try scored but I don't know when you blew the whistle.

He was a little too eager but in fairness he didn't panic and stuck to his original decision.
