Saturn 5 question

I've searched for the answer but not been able to find anything.

How was the almost 3,000 ton weight of Saturn 5 supported while on the launch pad?
Were there individual support points at the bottom of the rocket above the engines?
Or was the entire bottom of the rocket (again above the engines) resting on a support frame and the entire outer shell of Saturn 5 had sufficient vertical strength to support 3000 tons?
Or something else?

The rocket was able to pull 4g in flight, so 1g on the launchpad was no problem.

There were hold down arms at the bottom of the pad and the red/orange support arms were there.
