    1/7 for Biden now!

If Biden does ultimately win all those states, the final result won't actually be very different from the polls in the end will it? The consensus of the polls were that Florida was a toss up, not that Biden would win. They all had Biden winning the rust belt states as his path to victory, which is looking like what will happen.

Will be interesting to see where the popular vote ends up too.

Was listening to LBC there and they are very cautious. Then the pot on the cooker boiled over, so I had to jump up and rescue the dinner and missed a bit of it. Don't know what to think now.

A bit nervous and cautious would be me alright. But all and any reassurance welcome....

    From CNN
"The Trump campaign is desperately fundraising the day after the election for resources to wage legal battles against election results."

The requests for money seen more like grifting than for any legit legal cases.

This whole mail vote fraud rubbish might be the most embarrassing and brazen disregard for democracy yet from trump and his sad little lick arses. And thats really saying something after the last 4 years. It is laughably stupid and even more and more republicans leaning voices are calling it out

Can you point to a previous presidential election that was close where fraud was claimed by the loser? Suppression is an established fact.

not saying for sure but did al gore not ?

    Why do you even bother?

Wouldn't interact, just viewing, like at the zoo.

I rarely go on twitter but I did search #Trump and #Biden yesterday to see what people were saying.

The vicious mocking partisanship of the average Trump supporter (I know, on twitter) is pretty astounding.

I would be interested to see the reaction. The conspiracy theories, the hate, the madness.

How much do Trump voters actually operate on spite? I met several who don't have strong opinions on his "policies" but like the idea of making those on the "left" cry.

Its because they're failures themselves and need to project their failure and negativity onto others.

Like children do when they don't get their way.

Where are all the Trump supporters gone from the thread?

They were so busy for months and now disappeared?

Trymp hasn't even lost yet, still a chance.

I can 100% confirm Trymp can not win the election , :D
But there is still hope for Trump

This one is going to be tied up in the courts for months.

Bottom line however, liberal coastal ideologies are not palatable to large swathsof almost fifty percent of the United States. They are essentially two separate countries at this point.

There would be something mildly amusing if Pennsylvania turned out to be irrelevant after all the attention it's been getting.

It would still be a big help in cutting off Trump's whinging, so if the margins hold it would be great, but I know what you mean.

I'm wondering if at this point the GOP won't be content enough with the Senate situation and their Supreme Court judges to cut Trump loose and get to work prepping Pence for four years time.

How did the NYT's and Reuters last pre election polls have Biden +11 and +12 in states like Wisconsin?

Paddy Power odds are no indication of anything. They're novelty bets and they're going to be limiting the market to, for them, small bets.

Betfair are much more reflective and have Biden as 8/11 with Trump 10/11. That will change again as more news comes through.

I'd say you were looking at the Sportsbook section of the betfair site were you? Click on exchange in the top left hand corner, the exchange market is the big market tracker, 500 million turned over.

The sportsbook part of the site is the exact same as PP. they'll actually take big bets on this as its so high profile, but all they're doing is copying the line movements on the exchange

How do you raise 1.6bn dollars for the election and have none of it left? How can the trump campaign possibly have the begging cup out again

I guess if Biden wins they can finally ban his account for all his lies and misinformation!

    That would be glorious!

because the shy trump vote they claimed had been rectified for was actually a lot larger than they expected.

I might take him off ignore for the laugh.

Could actually be able to visit the USA again if Biden becomes President.

not saying for sure but did al gore not ?

The arguments weren't about fraudulent votes but about what votes to count and for how long to count them for.

You could argue that Secretary Harris' decision to call time on it all was "fraudulent".

My ex girlfriend is one of them, actually. . This woman is a good person, a good mother, a good friend, a committed activist, and literally all she gets from a lot of people in her life is abuse.

No-one made your ex into anything, except herself.
She is a committed activist, she has put herself in that position, that why people talk to her about it.
If she doesn't like it she could just keep her politics & opinions quiet, then no-one would say anything to upset her

That could be a few interesting stories yet to be heard. The problem with filling your party with grifters is...

Trump is just scared to death that out of office he will be dragged through the courts for 'matters outstanding'.
