    Kanga = kanga/kango hammer. It's used for removing concrete or brick. Here's one of them.

    It is a metaphorical simile insinuating the potential of one of the girls pictured being mad for mickey.

    " Pipe " being a simile or metaphor for a mickey. A concrete floor being a simile or metaphor to the great lengths the said woman pictured would go to get her hands on one.

    Obviously "kangoing" a hard floor involves some industrial sized digging.
