sorry if its been asked already, i am looking at buying a kindle, but once it adds the promotion discount it won't deliver to my address (ireland) anyone else seeing anything like this?

I ordered one last night & had no issue with my Irish address. Still hasn't dispatched though.

I bought a Kindle. No problems encountered.
Got the "no special offers" one. A tenner more expensive but I can't be dealing with looking at ads 24/7...

Another 2 projectors dispatched making it 6. 4 more to go.

Looks like I am infact extremely lucky as most are getting cancellations.

Shouldn't be an issue, its a best before, not an expiry date.

If you get onto them on chat and say the kindle was a present for a child they will remove the ads for free as a good will gesture, i have done this several times.

I know it's impossible to say.....but do you think there'd be better tablet deals on Black Friday than the Fire HD 10.1" tablet at £89.99?

Main use- kids for watching & uploading homework if another lockdown occurs.

I was so nearly tempted on that. Love those chocolates. But I have to resist :)

Ive eaten chocolate that was a year out of date and it was fine.

Best Before isn't the same as use by - I've eaten chocolate with BB date of more than a year and other than a little white on the surface, the chocolate is perfect.

Edit : Oops - I see a few comments already saying the same .

Why would you be looking at ads 24/7? The ads are only there when it's in standby.

You can get an extra 10 pounds off the Blink Mini Camera if you order through an Alexa device. Comes to 14.99.

It's only a delivery station is it not? Same as Belfast.

I'd be wary about buying UK prime now that it's open + brexit. They might start to offer an Irish prime sub

Yeah An Post are not too bad, generally two days.

Cant wait till Amazon start doing same day / two hour delivery in Dublin. Will be a few years before that happens I guess.

I had to get it delivered to parcel motel - it was the kids kindle with content so I think that’s the problem

Maybe it is because it is the kids version. I just got notification that mine has been dispatched.

Spotted that one, but I want to go for the 820, even at full price if needs be.
Thanks for the heads up :)

Yes, Thanks everyone who replied to me. if you buy a regular kindle its ok, if you buy the kids one you need an address pal or parcel motel.
