Current link to sign up for Eir Amazon prime deal?

I am signed up for Amazon prime via Eir and it's a great deal.

I have got a firestick or my dad and I am trying to get him signed up for the deal. He has a Eir "Complete Broadband & Phone" package.

Logged into his Eir account:
My Eir -> More -> Latest Offers opens:

On this there is a link to Amazon prime info:

This link says:

So it's a circular link with nowhere to sign up :mad:

Previously, I got to Amazon prime signup directly under the More menu but that is gone now it seems?

Has anyone signed up recently?

There is no point ringing Eir about this and being stuck on the phone for an hour to talk to someone who likely can't help :mad:

Any advice appreciated

Going into my account My Eir under the More menu I see:

But in my dad's account it shows:

We both have the bundle: eir Complete Broadband & Phone

Why is the option missing for my Dad?

Going to that link in Firefox for my Dad's account this part of the page never updates:

On Chrome when I try and load that page it auto loads the dashboard.

Firefox eventually started behaving the same and returns to the dashboard.

There must be some setting in my dad's account? Is the offer still active to be started now?

Actually I have no devices registered my self so that was an irrelevant question. On that page on my account I see:

So it's all about getting this page loaded, why will it not load on my Dad's account? Any thoughts anyone?

https://www.eir.ie/opencms/export/sites/default/.content/pdf/terms/amazon_prime_video_offer_terms_and_conditions.pdf says the offer is open 14th November 2019 until further notice.

The pdf also says "Prime Video is included as part of your eir TV plan upon activation by you the Customer. Prime Video must be activated from within“My eir”."

As you all know it's next to impossible to get through to eir on the phone, the webchat is down in covid times.
So much for setting up the new Firestick for Amazon for my Dad :-(
