Anyone have a good recommendation for good quality USB cable,

tried a few a Ebay / Amazon, but they are generally short lived, need few longer lengths 1.5 to 2 metres etc. to C / micro etc.
    its for Phones/tablets, powerbanks

Dont want to spend silly money but 10 euro ish

    any links etc.

    cheers

I got a great one in a filling station of all places. Its about 1.5 metres long, red nylon sheathing and has Micro USB-C, Micro USB-B and a connection for an iPhone/ iPad.

Was about a tenner which seems like a lot for a cable, but now I honestly wouldn't be without it.

The brands you are looking for (from whatever shopping portal) are Aukey, and Anker. Both brands have great cables for USB-C, micro-USB, and whatever nonsense Apple refuses to give up on.

Anker make fantastic products. I have a few things from them.

Amazon basics are decent too, the nylon ones in particular.

I got a HP one in dunnes.
It refuses to fast charge my phone (Definatly the cable and not the adapter) but feels sturdy.

I find the Anker braided cables very good quality. Available in loads of different sizes too. I use this one for my S9+: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anker-PowerLine-Durability-Devices-Samsung/dp/B01GN0M6NE/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=Anker+cable+USB+c&qid=1601553992&sr=8-3

Charges from my power bank and wall socket quite quickly too.

+1 I'm a big fan of their products in general but thei micro usb cables are very flimsy. USB c seem better but I've not had them for long

I don't know what others think but I have always found the cables from Tiger to be great quality. Have had a load of them for years and they have taken years of use without a problem.

I got these Volutz cables and I find them excellent. They can be bought singly or this pack of assorted lengths.

You won't go wrong with Anker.

I dunno. Their braided USB-C ones are great but got a few braided Micro USB's at the same time and the connector is very hard to plug in/remove, almost as if it's slightly oversized. Happens with several devices.
