Buy the very best 4K tv you can, then buy a separate android box.
The support for Android TV from the manufacturers is abysmal, updates are rare and with no updates, apps tend to wither and die.

I don't know what your motivation for an all in one solution is?
But if its just for a simple stick it on the wall and go solution, an external android stick or box running android TV will fit behind a tv out of sight.
Turn on HDMI-CEC and one remote will do most of the work for you too.

A shield, mibox, mi-stick or new style chromecast will all allow far more longevity for whatever apps you use than will buying a TV with the OS built in.

LG and Samsung are really notorious for dropping app updates and OS updates after 18months or so.
In comparison, I have a few 2015 Nvidia Shield that are still being updated on a regular basis and are running fantastic.
