Hi, just wondering if any one can help or point me in the right direction.

I'm wondering if there are regulations for width and length of car parking spaces in private residential builds.

I live in a complex that was designed in the late 80's and built in the early 90's. The property has desiginated parking with ownship of my parking space on my deeds.

Would there be a minimum width that this parking space would have to meet?

    Thanks.

    Thanks.

The regs that were in place at the time of construction apply.
Normally spaces are 2.4x4.8 back then.

Now they are about 2.5x5. Not much bigger.

Thanks for that. This would apply to private buildings as well?
