I am thinking of taking Monday grumbling to the next level, but don't have the effort to do it.

    Deskside looking at work screens.

Ah Duvet, I'm great with the indicator despite the beer and curry. Mrs G would agree that the gear stick isn't the best after a feed.

She just instructed me to make that point here.:D

Do you remember, anyone, trafficators? And compulsory hand signals!

I think it was Robert Browning who said he hated people who were cheerful at breakfast .. Oh and there are those who say, "Good God! morning!" and those who say" Good morning. God!"

The latter from a dear retired missionary I used to know decades ago. Thank you, Mary Dunn!

    Cat names!

BOYCAT! Originally thought he was a girl until he jumped his sister.. So Cara became Boycat as I could not think of anything else..

JACOB; wanted to call him Jake but a friend told me it was common ( and worse)

OLIVER; always , always, always wants more food and it doesn't matter whose food it is..ALL FOOD IS MINE.is his philosophy...

SELKIE, as her short Oriental fur is as sleek as a seal.

    BELLA, because she IS

And TONTO, as Oliver acts like the Lone Ranger and Tonto came home with him one day...

Junction 14 side with a coffee and a thing called a banoffe brownie :)

I had a phone consult with the doctor this morning. The receptionist had to ask what was the reason for wanting an appointment. I fibbed but should have said something like "severe stomach pains". That probably would have gotten me a face to face consult.
    Anyways I got sorted.

Stupid Covid hate it's ****ìng face.

Well, no! They were too immature and she was not in season.. thankfully.. and next day they were both.... altered...... so no manhood for Boycat! It was just teenage angst! Playing at daddies!

The numbers can get out of control really fast. Mine are all fixed too, as much as I'd love to let them breed there are just too many cats looking for a home to justify it.

Imagine that on a small island! Have a look at what a lovely lady called Mrs Cotter was faced with on Cape Clear Island. When I was on the ferry moving here, with three cats they asked ARE THEY FIXED? They had had a similar situation here. Tory Island was a disgrace the brutal way they went; and rescues in the UK would have taken all the cats from there.

I’ve just been called a fcuker by the 4yr old having a tantrum. Trying to keep a straight face at the minute.

You'd wanna hear some of the names and 88 year old can throw out during a tantrum!

Horizontal on the couch, my default chill out position.

Work done for the day. Very uneventful, humdrum day...and that’s certainly fine by me. :)

Last night it was "indicators and gear sticks". Today it is "cat sex":D

I'm officially in, "don't give a fcuk" mode regarding everything except my wife and daughter.
