Looking for a web designer

Hi guys. Looking for a web designer I could sit down with and have them do a project for me I am looking for them to design a fitness template. I already have example pages (about 7 different templates all together) so it would just need to be tweaked a bit Where would be the best place to find someone? Thanks in advance.

Its a digital art related section, I think you should ask this question in developer's area. You would definitely find good guys there.
