DVD to a laptop with no DVD player?

Hello,

I'm looking to buy a laptop for my eldest kid to do school work etc. I'm not looking to spend much money as it will be for basic stuff. The one that caught my eye has no DVD player and the kid currently likes to play SIMs on my laptop. If I go for the one with no DVD player is there any way (Teamviewer, cloud etc) that I could get the game onto her machine?

Pretty much all laptops come without a dvd drive these days

you could buy a cheap usb dvd-drive for about €15

Side question:
