    Cheap radio.

Do RTE presenters achieve an orgasm from some of these grief stories told to them?

I think we know at least one who does.

I think PBH was too smart and sensible to take over from Joe. He wouldn't toe the party line of death and funerals so we get Katie(who?) Hannon instead.

A mistake perhaps by Joe? If someone no-one has heard of can do the same job for nothing like 400k a year, maybe Dee Forbes will think about giving Joe the axe.

The one they really should be going after is Paudge Connolly councilor and former TD...he was playing golf in spain about 9 days before this event...so he ignored the 14 day self quarantine totally from a non green list country

Could you imagine the uproar there would be if the 81 landed up to the front door of Tallagh hotspiddel and said sorry to the frontline staff.

In fairness Sarah Mcinerney called him out by name and asked for him or anyone else at the event to make themselves available for interview.

It was her last day though in fairness so she might have just went....sure feck it!

He’s refused to be interviewed, including requests from RTÉ. Just two tweets admitting he was a stupid c*nt. Which he is, amongst other things.

Not a whole lot else that can be done as far as he is concerned if he’s hiding under a rock.

Does nobody check these things out before signing their work contracts? I.e. no car parking will be facilitated. My ma works in a town and no car parking is provided either? It was no secret on starting.

It was the sharp turn to avoid crossing the Kildare border that did her in.

It really needs to be subsidised or something at least, 5 euro for the day seems about right.

Never heard of her until recently filling in for Joe.

She speaks well, but I suspect she has been given a very narrow set of parameters to work within on Liveline. No room to make it her own.

Not really- lots of city centre workplaces don't/can't provide free parking. I'd much prefer it be allocated to patients/visitors first.
