    Well done OP. If you ever need to clean again just be patient. accept you won't do it all the first day just like if someone went to build a house today there would be a messy site for a while but eventually all the house would be built and the site cleaned up again but it takes time.

    Just accept there is a time between starting and finishing when things can look a mess- like building a house- and just work calmly and quietly through it. Have a coffe break too. Calmly and quietly a bit at a time. Even if you move one piece a day it would be clean sometime though it might take years.

    And also when you finish your bit for the day think of the work you have done not what you have left to do

    Now you have achieved your goal just spend a half hour or so evey day binning stuff, don't let it build up again

    Well done on a terrific job. A big part of self care is keeping your space tidy. You should follow the fly lady on social media. She is very sensible and motherly.
