Workzone power washer

Hi, I purchased a Workzone Power washer in Aldi approximately 2 years ago, the gun section has developed a leak, a small pin hole size, I've found it nigh on impossible to find a supplier, are the fittings universal, If not, does anyone know where I can get a similar replacement gun TIA

I got a replacement hose for an Aldi workzone washer from this crowd (based in Northern Ireland).
