Smartphone Dilemma

    I broke my Samsung S10+ because I lost a Miniclip 8 ball pool game (I know everyone says I'm crazy). But I think its just the screen that's broken. I've asked in various places in Cork and its 350eur to replace the screen.
    Now this was 4 months ago and I kind of punished myself for my wrongdoing (principles you see?!).
    So now 2 questions -

    1) Does anybody know someone who can repair it below 200eur else I find it better to buy a new one.

    2) If the above answer is no, which phone should I buy. Samsung phone only with a budget of 600eur

    OR

    Should I punish myself till the end of the year and then buy Note20 Ultra?
