Where can I find those on a phone?

Not too sure, it's a shortcut to abandon all cached content on the page and retrieve it from the server again. But it depends on the browser you're using also. CTRL + R or CTRL + SHIFT + R also works as does mouse click on the refresh button with ALT, SHIFT, CTRL, ALT GR or CTRL + SHIFT clicking.

You'll probably have to clear browsing data on a phone/tablet/iOS device to get rid of cached content.

Even more wtf is the story of The Irish Giant Charles Byrne. He gave specific instructions to not be studied by science. He requested his remains to be laid in a lead coffin for burial at sea. However the scumbag John Hunter robbed the remains and he was dissected and studied. John Hunter had already approach Charles Byrne when he was healthy wanting to pay him to be a specimen for study, which at the time was something that only criminals automatically qualified for. Charles Bynres remains are still in the possession of the Hunterian Museum/Royal College of Surgeons which is closed until next year (iirc). The skeletal remains of Charles Byrne were on display for more than 2 centuries.

Charles Byrne Irishman 2.31m (7ft 7") skeleton, said to be more like 8ft 2 in the flesh.

That is Trump-level of stupid speak. While I'm trying to warm to the idea that this Greystonian is just as good as the last Greystonian looking after Health, I'm truly gobsmacked. Dare I say it, bring back Leo and Simon.

With this kind of mindset and reasoning, should we just forget about any restrictions and lockdown or just put a total ban on trampolines and motor vehicles.

With this kind of mindset and reasoning this amadán needs to be replaced immediately! That goes for everyone involved in putting him there also. Someone who can trivialise such a serious situation is incapable of understanding how to deal with it. I have my own reservations about the previous government and Simon Harris, but he and the previous government knew exactly what was going on and how to deal with it, it was dealt with extremely well. Regardless of how incapable they were with other matters they unified everyone in Ireland and made sure the message was not confusing. Over the past few days this government has completely undone all of that so everyone is talking about the controversy surrounding that instead of trying to work out what to do with the increasing daily numbers. We do not have leadership!
