SPC 5300 panel is showing a "battery low" message on kepad.

Loggin into panel and extract below is from the status info page:

    Power
    Mains: OK
    Mains time sync.: OK (50Hz)
    Battery: Fault
    Battery Voltage: N/A
    Battery Current: N/A
    Aux. Voltage: 13.2V
    Aux. Current: 100mA
    Aux. Fuse: OK
    Ext.Bell Fuse: OK
    Int. Bell Fuse: OK

Its been in a number of years (diy install) so is it feasible it would just need replacing or likely a loose connection?

Asking first as panel is not in the most accessible locations.

Have you replaced the back up battery?
