whats the best cheap receiver out there i was considering a technomate 5500da uk price £169 any thoughts (wanted digital for bbc fta and any analogue stuff out there)

Very little analog.
See other posts. You pay a price premium for somthing people are throwing away. That way (the separate analog) you can have BBC World or CNN or EuroSport Int. AT THE SAME time on another TV.

Get a Digital only model.

I heard that box is good. But only hearsay. I havent used it.
