My only recent record of seeing Carl Reiner is in Two and a Half Men where he tried to marry Alan Harper's mother. He was great in that episode. RIP.

I feel sad for Mel Brooks now, him and Carl Reiner seemed to enjoy life together making each other laugh right up to the end

I saw this thread retweeted a few times yesterday, it is a nice story about one fan and his lifelong engagement with a Carl Reiner sketch (open in twitter for the full story)

He played Carl Reinocaurus in Toy Story 4. co-wrote an episode of The Cleveland Show, and was working up until the end.

Dude had an amazing life. Him and Mel Brooks were literally living the dream.

Nick Cordero has sadly died, aged 41. Cause of death was Covid 19.

    https://edition.cnn.com/2020/07/05/entertainment/nick-cordero-obit/index.html

He'd mostly done broadway and theatre, but had guest spots in shows like Blue Bloods, and Law and Order: SVU.

The virus had sadly ravaged his body (a leg required amputation, and if he'd survived he might need a double lung transplant). Very unfortunate news.

    RIP.

Ennio Morricone has died aged 91.

    https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/music/news/ennio-morricone-death-age-cause-composer-oscar-scores-a9602996.html

Early reports are he died after a fall.

Morricone's credits are too vast to list here, both in film and TV-but he wont an Oscar for Hateful 8.

Much of his music is iconic, and one can simply hum the music to The Good the bad and the ugly and people will know the tune, even if they haven't seen the film.

Condolences to his family and friends.

That is the 3rd Glee star dead if true, she had problems off set and also clashed with Lea Michele (if rumours are true Lea is a diva racist bully)

Looking at his list of credits, it's almost like he worked his way up through the police ranks...
    • Floodtide 1987 - Detective Inspector
    • Prime Suspect 1 - Detective Chief Superintendent
    • Prime Suspect 3 - Chief Superintendent

    RIP John.

    More like 6th death.

There were two production assistants behind the scenes who also died. Jim Fuller who died of a heart attack, and Nancy Motes, who took an intentional overdose and drowned in a bathtub. It was a suicide, she left a note.

Also, Robin Trocki, who played Sue's sister. She died last year, aged 63. She had Downs syndrome, and one of the complications is alzheimers. That's sadly how she died.

I was reading today that Nancy Motes is Julia Roberts's sister.

She went for treatment at a reputable hospital, from what I've researched. Actual medical treatment, rather than 'think the cancer away'.

Two scientologists dead in the same day-Elvis' grandkid, Benjamin Keough, sadly died too.
    His death was a suicide.

We know that Scientology opposes any kind of help for mental illness. So I imagine he didn't get much help while he was alive.

That’s the first thing that entered my head this morning. Those c**ts telling her that she can “will” the cancer away or some other sh*t or worse, that she brought it on herself because of some personal failure earlier in her life.
I wouldn’t mind only Cruise would be the first into the Mayo Clinic if he got even a whiff of a tumour.

I was following that story over the last few days, and two things came to mind, one is the absolute scumbag level of press coverage, the
Second is that I knew the girls name from somewhere unrelated to her acting career, so I looked it up, and Naya Rivera is the sister of former NFL player Mychal Rivera who played for the Oakland Raiders, so she came from a talented family. It goes without saying how sad it is, RIP
