I'm always saying I'll make this. Really must do it. I love crunchies.

To be honest it's a lot easier than it looks.

The only difficult bit is the clean up

Salted Caramel millionaire shortbread and mini lemon meringue tarts. I made the tarts in a mini cupcake tray so they are teeny tiny! You could pop a whole one in your mouth in one go. I would know... :o

Both are Cupcake Jemma recipes and can be found on YouTube :)

In fairness, that's more of a trillionaire's shortbread you have there, impressive!

    Michellenman they look exquisite.

*Mod note - lads, I had to take out the quoted photos or we'd be in trouble for taking up too much space. Also we'd be drooling three times as much :p

I made a bloomer pan today. We've bought almost no bread since the lockdown because I've been buying strong white flour in bulk. And bulk is what we've been packing on as a result  :pac:

I made the peanut butter and chocolate pie that was posted about a couple of weeks ago!

Didn't taste too bad although I may add more cream cheese to thicken up the filling.

I also typed the recipe up as a Google docs file if anyone is looking to make it. Just DM me and I'll send it on
