    I said already that I don't find it credible that the two remaining children sleep through the commotion caused by Maddie's disappearance without having been sedated but I have been informed they were heavy sleepers. So it follows we have to accept if Maddie was abducted as the theory goes she sleep throughout her ordeal. As noone heard a child cryout.

    Yep . They weren't drugged . But he just grabbed her from her bed. Brought her out of the apartment . But her into a unique looking camper van . And not one witness heard anything or seen anything

    They did but after Maddie gave out to Gerry and Kate about not coming to them that night , they were heavy sleepers the next night. Coincidence?

    Or, the parents drugged their kids gave Madeline too much by mistake and dumped her body somewhere so good 13 years later it can’t be found.. all in the space of a couple of hours

    In some people’s opinion I suppose..

    However I will stick with the theory of the German paedophile who was in the area at the time and has said he knows what happened to her.

    Rather than parents dumping their own child’s body!!!!

    After leaving his children alone . Comes back to the apartment and notices the door of their room has been tampered with.

    What does he do ?

    Like any great father , he goes back to his Tapas Restaurant and leaves them there

    He couldnt remember if he used the front or back door, so his relloction of anything should be taken with a pinch of suspicio... salt

    You have no clue if he used that van , it could have been a car .
    So let me explain to you how the layout of the apartment and area is . The patio door to the back was unlocked , anyone could stand close by and observe the entrance without been seen . In the patio door , put tape on the childs mouth . Lift her out the front door and straighten into a parked car right outside the front door .
    The front door is shielded by bushes so unless you were sitting on the balcony of the apartment across the road with a good view to 5a it is quite plausible that he would not be seen .
    No one was seated on those balconies that evening as it was quite cool that evening

    Do you know the area yourself ? I do and it is very plausible that someone could take a child without been seen .

    I have always thought that if someone had taken Madeleine he got very lucky and no one was on the balconies of the apartment across the road .

Now remember Gerry was playing tennis from 6pm to 7pm, so this disposal had to be a rushed job, to say the least.
    - get back to the apartment, forensically clean and set-up the crime scene, get ready for dinner (sure you'd have a mighty appetite after all that)
    - leave their other drugged children behind (lightning couldn't strike twice and kill them too, right?) and put their game faces on.
    - eat dinner with their mates, acting normally the entire time, by 8.30
    - Gerry pretends to check on the kids at 9pm, shoots the breeze with Jez Wilkins by the stairs to the apartment.
    - Kate eventually raises the false alarm at 10pm, they call the police.
    - They keep the case in the public eye ever since, despite getting away with their genius crime. Probably with the help of their 'high up friends' in the press/government.

    But the abduction theory is unbelievable to folks? Ok.

    Where was the camper Van parked up ? I'm not discounting it completely . It just this man can take a child at peak time from her own apartment . Walk out with her . Put her into his camper van . Assume it must of been outside the complex. And never be seen by anyone

    One of the few known facts is that new suspect Mr C-B- re-registered his car from a local to a German registration the next day.

    I can't quite see what the significance of this is. But it has been widely reported. And in conjunction with the date - the very next morning - well, it is more than suggestive: it almost has to be connected.

    so it's possible he was a bit tipsy - i know to some it's very telling that he would forget what route he took into the apartment when he gave his first statement. hardly proof of anything though!

    But sure, the McCanns weren't seen taking her either, but plenty of people believe they did the unthinkable. And they didn't have transport to make a quick getaway either. Nope, they managed to do it all on foot without being seen by a soul.
