Google Pixel 3A or Nokia 7.2

    Hi, it's my Fiancee birthday next week & I'm looking at getting her a new phone for it. She currently has the Nokia 6.1 (2018) so I want a phone that has stock android.

    I was hoping the Pixel 4A would be out by now, but it seems that could now be delayed until October. I have narrowed it down to the Pixel 3A & the Nokia 7.2. I would like to get peoples opinions on which one should I go for, or maybe there is a phone I have overlooked.

    Pitty you missed out on the pixel 3a sale two weeks back if was available through google for €270

    I would say 3a as the camera is petty impressive although I haven't looked into the nokia 7.2

    Yeah I know, I was holding out for the 4A. But my sister is with Vodafone & can get it for €279.99. I read on some posts on boards it comes unlocked, which is brilliant as my fiancee is with Eir.

    I think I will probably go for the Pixel 3A, shame the 4A release has been delayed.

    Pixel 3a is a solid phone. I was one of the lucky ones to get them at 130 euro with the Google cashback deal and moving a sim to Vodafone. Still worth double that. Great form factor and camera. Can't go wrong.

    Thanks! Yeah it looks like I will be going Pixel 3A, knowing my luck, I will buy it & they will announce the 4A haha

    October 22, so pretty much the end of the month, is the date for the pixel 4a release.

    Will the 5 be announced then too? 4 months away - that's huge in terms of releases for phone tech etc. Who knows what will happen in the meantime, or what will be announced :D

    Get 3a. I have the 7.2. Not a great phone, freezes a lot, camera is so-so.. very poor in low light.

    i'm holding out for the 4a when its released.
