This could mean anything. Not sure why it's been made such a big deal of. Probably had watched snatch

Feed em to the pigs, Errol.

Sounds right. I think most people think she’s dead now. The parents pretty much made her the hottest property on the planet by going straight to the media.

    Cripes, really?

There was a nasty murder case in England many years ago where the murderer had a field of pigs. The cops had to pretty much comb every
yard of it and eventually found just a few bits of bone, from the girlfriend.

    Very gruesome indeed.

Would it be ridiculous to assume the German Polizei know a bit more than you do?

I remember that. You’d need a couple of bottle of coke too. For the teeth. And better to shave their heads for the pigs digestion according to Bricktop.

Havent watched the video, but a 3 year old does definitely know the meaning and the sense of 'we'.

It's kind of a bit more complicated then that, I'm sure most 3 year olds understand the meaning of "we".

For example let's say you have two kids in a car. Both have been saying they are hungry. When you get into the restaurant the 3 year old says "what are we getting, we're hungry" Surely that isn't the thing that is on a 3 year olds mind. They would say "I'm hungry" "what am I getting"
They usually wouldn't but i don't think it's impossible and it doesn't really proof she was lying.
Thanks, I honestly don't know I'm sure there are many people with kids in this thread that can help me on this. I'm not suggesting that it's a lie, or saying it's proof she's lying. Only that it could be taken as a sign of 'parentification' or that what happened that night could possibly have been much more of a common occurence and not a once off(leaving kids alone together).

I remember observing pigs being fed by the keeper in the City Farm at Dublin Zoo. They were given a great array of prime quality fruit and vegetables, a splendid diet which they relished. When it came to the avocados, and other stuff with stones, they neatly spat them out along with anything un-chewable and indigestible.

you have to starve them for while beforehand, then they'll eat anything

Just doesn't bare thinking about. I was extremely upset all last week when I heard about him saying that. I couldn't sleep for thinking on it.

It really doesn’t bare thinking about... but having a laugh about it is on a whole other level...

Is there a theory that Maddie got fed to pigs? Are there any pig farms in Praia da Luz?

Add Joaquim Jose Marques to the suspects and could be an accomplice along with Christian B. Makes the link between two men hanging round the apartments days before, there must of been two people to pull off this job and the fact Christian B had say he’s got a horrible job to do close to Madeline going missing. Add CB’s comments on pigs and she’s better off gone. These links are tying together.

If it's "creepy" and raping kids it seems it's in Praia da Luz

How was there so much of this in a tiny parish.

    Bizarre place.

    Yes it's coming together.

    Drunk man talking about pigs

    Cleared rapist pig farmer.

This should be wrapped up soon enough

When Kate ran back to the Tapas bar screaming ''they've taken her'' wonder why she was so sure Maddie hadn't wondered off and if she suspected kidnapp why leave her other two children in danger?Bizzare behaviour.

stress like you've never felt- rational thought goes out the window

    I think you're right.

If you found your daughter missing. What would most likely come from your mouth is something that doesn't require any thought you'd spurt out "she's gone" or something a long those lines there's hundreds of things you would "naturally" say without thinking

"they've taken her" They've ? That's very specific. not a natural thing to say under stress/pressure

Which makes what she said even more odd.

    Everyone handles stress differently

They were odd so they odd things, yada yada

What is actually your problem? Have you got nothing good to say? Contribute with an opinion to debate not to annoy people or smart a** comments. I’ll have a reasoned debate with anyone.

I just find it mind boggling in a case like this where has been so much "weird" stuff going on.

That people quickly pass off endless amounts of suspicious events/behaviors etc

Then a guy in a pub is talking about pigs. Is put together with a pig farmer.

When we don't even know what was said in the pub.....

The Tanner and Smith sightings don't seem to tally with Bruckner's physical description. In fact, the two sightings don't even seem to agree with one another in terms of what the suspect looked like. That leads us to different possibilities - it was the same man, possibly Bruckner, but the low light and unreliability of the human memory were in play. Or possibly that the men seen carrying a sleeping child were innocent, and the child was actually related to them (probably unlikely to be seen twice at that hour of the night, though), or that the child was handed off at least once suggesting an organised group involved in the kidnapping, of which Bruckner could have been part, but as of yet no damning evidence of this.

The man Jane Tanner saw came forward . He was carrying his child home from the creche . He was ruled out .

Smith claimed it was Gerry gave a statement to AGS to that effect. A programme aired sometime ago in the UK claimed Smith retracted his claim that he saw Gerry. Smith contacted the producers and told them their claim was false and to retract what they said.

So no conflict between the two then

Smith claimed it was Gerry gave a statement to AGS to that effect. A programme aired sometime ago in the UK claimed Smith retracted his claim that he saw Gerry. Smith contacted the producers and told them their claim was false and to retract what they said.

Martin Smith didn't make his statement until September, after he saw Gerry boarding a plane back to the UK holding one of the twins on the news.

He mentions at that time, to his wife, Gerry is holding the child similar to the way he saw a man carrying a child on the night of the disappearance. He then makes a statement to Portuguese police , saying he is 60-80% sure it was Gerry McCann he saw holding a child that night. In the dark, without his glasses. His son, daughter and their partners, who were with them at the time, do not concur with this.

Now, we know it couldn't have been Gerry, as he was at the Tapas bar at 10pm when the alarm was raised. We also know human beings cannot be in two places at once, except in science fiction movies. Independent witnesses put him at the scene when the alarm was raised.

It may have been Madeleine he saw being carried, it may not, however we know it couldn't have been Gerry in that location at that time, as he was somewhere else entirely and could not have been 500 metres away walking towards the beach.

You better contact M Smith and tell him he is wrong so. I only repeated what he said at the time.
