Selling a house during COVID?

My parents have a rental property in Dublin 13 that they are looking to sell when the tenant moves out at the end of July.
Given the current climate how would they go about meeting estate agents, conducting viewings and just the sales process in general.
Also any recommendations of selling agents to use?

In the normal manner, either by phone, email, snailmail or in person standing 2m apart! by 29 June, they can travel wherever they want in the country.
