    Gem have it on their website so someone must be stocking it.

    My mum used to make this amazing pudding with it. I’ve got the recipe but can’t find the main ingredient.

    Maybe it’s just a country thing now.

    I’ve emailed Gem asking for any stockists near here.

    You could do sago with coconut and pandan.

    This is my Mum’s recipe. Sweet milk is just whole milk. It turns into this caramel-type pudding. Lovely!

    I like it but have only ever had it Asian style.
    Not so different to yours.
