New Droichead rules -ignoring work done by teachers

From my understanding teachers on droichead were told they would not be put at a disadvantage. But here we are.... Only recognising work done before March 12th!!

Maybe email your union about it as teachers are getting goosed, when you think about it doctors, nurses and guards were graduated early. Many droichead teachers were already in the field...and then working from home.

As you say, doctors, nurses and guards graduated early, and perhaps more relevant - teachers in their final year are being passed without that final placement which would have happened in Term3. This situation around Droichead is a disgrace. Induction of NQTs has been a shambles for several years. Signed the petition earlier but sadly TC don't have tend to listen to their teachers.

Well allegedly there are some union representatives on the Teaching Council so maybe fire off an email to ask what their position is (not the people in the Union office, but the person representing the union sitting on the TC board).
