    Dedicated graphics card, although a 6-7 year old game it is still a graphic intensive game

    You need to go back to the Epic site and get the Epic Launcher.

    You should also really consider downloading the Windows 10 installer as well. I'm not a big fan of Microsoft's current effort but W7 is end of life, not getting patches and more and more software and hardware companies are dropping support.

    this will actually run on any laptop with only crappy intel integrated graphics if i3 and 8gb in last 6/7 years

    it's a very well optimised game.

    here it is playable on a 5 year old basic laptop

    will run better on anything recent

    Yeah the game is fairly well optimized for an open world title. It really depends on the laptop.

    On a semi-modern i5 from recent years with integrated graphics it would run fairly similar to the PS3/Xbox 360 version, maybe a bit better in some respects.

    That said if you already have a basic desktop PC, even adding a €50 2nd hand card like a GTX750Ti would run the game at 1080p med-high at 60fps, way above how it runs on Xbox One/PS4.

    It's an easy game to run, especially on a desktop, but again it really depends on the laptop. They vary so much even in the same price brackets that it's impossible to blanket say.

    Best to just directly ask "this is my exact spec, will it run". Worst case scenario you could get a 2nd hand gaming PC for literally €200 that would run this at high settings well enough.

    This game came out on PS3 so it should be ok.

    If you do have a nice PC you should check out some of the GFX mods.

    I'm glad I waited the 7 years to get this for free!
    Now I just need a PC to run it. I actually have a good gfx card in the wardrobe there. Any idea where I can get a €200 PC? Cheers

    Theres a computer store in drumcondra that does 2nd hand computers, it's at the back of Berties old ff house across from Fagans pub. I got some stuff from them over the years and they were good to deal with.

    I just did a quick search, they are called Computer Works and they are in Cian Park, it's a small industrial estate. I got a hard drive off them about 2 months ago. Not sure if they are open at the moment but you could try and ring them.

    Vortex are apparently uploading the epic games version to their servers, if this happens there shouldn't be any issue with graphics
