    Hi,

Looking to be able to make calls online to landlines, hoping that it will display my landline number to the recipient; is there any program that will allow me to do that?

    Cheers

With Skype you can choose the number to display when using it as for phonecalls or text. Very handy when abroad or calling abroad.

Most VOIP providers can accommodate that and will have their own or recommended apps for the purpose.
Many are much cheaper than Skype also.

    This is one example

I don't know about Yolla, but I have used Viber on desktop.

But I would still recommend a VOIP service like I linked to previously.
I use that VOIP to make calls to landlines and mobiles, from a desktop app.

Do compare rates ..... they vary wildly across providers. ;)

You'll need an app and an account with a VOIP provider.

    Windows app...
    MicroSIP
    https://www.microsip.org

    VOIP provider comparison table...
    https://www.voipkredi.com/page.php?page=betamax-dellmont

Pick a provider with the lowest rates for the destinations you call most and set up an account with that provider who will provide server login details to use in the desktop app

Skype calls are probably the most expensive of any of the VOIP services, they can charge high prices as most people are unaware of the other options on the market.

    For example...
Skype charges 3c per minute + 6.4c connection fee for calls to
    Ireland landlines

Sipdiscount.com charges 0.5c per minute for calls to Ireland landlines (no connection fee)
