Dreaded System Launcher not working

    Have a Xiaomi Redmi 6 and since yesterday the System Launcher keeps crashing so I cant use any apps or move pages. Have gone into settings and deleted the most recent app, cleared all kinds of app data I can, rebooted etc but its still the same.

    Anyone know a solution to this without needing to go to a shop for a software repair. Or is a factory reset my only option?

    Can you install another launcher? Clear cache on launcher?

    I use Lawnchair as my launcher on all my Redmi phones works a treat. I also just got an update for the stock launcher 2nd one in 24 hours check your system updates.

    Think I got it sorted, found the launcher in the apps and cleared its last update and now everything seems back to normal apart from all the apps being on different pages to previous.
