    Crazy Frog is rightly getting hate but I had a good laugh at this.

    British comic book writer Warren Ellis considered Brokencyde's "FreaXXX" music video "a near-perfect snapshot of everything that’s **** about this point in the culture". A writer for the Warsaw Business Journal attempted to describe their music: "Imagine an impassioned triceratops mating with a steam turbine, while off to the side Daft Punk and the Bee Gees beat each other to death with skillets and spatulas. Imagine the sound that would make. Just try. BrokeNCYDE is kind of like that, except it also makes you want to jab your thumbs into your eyeballs and gargle acid."

    TBH, i never thought Crazy Frog would go anywhere in this competition. Its a very annoying song, but is it the WORST song. To me its not. Though that's not to say its not a worthy winner. The WORST is very subjective and what is the worst to one person, is not necessarily the worst to anyone else. Reberetta's idea of the worst is a song so bad, its actually good. I'd disagree with that one too lol :D

    When I saw the original lineup of songs I thought the semi finals (assuming the draw worked in their favour) would be ::

    BrokeNCYDE - Freaxxx (which for me was the worst song in this whole comp)
    Sydney McGee - Lit Right Now
    Willow Smith - Whip my hair
    Alison Gold - Chinese Food or Jenna Rose - My Jeans ( i forget which one)

    They are the songs that I thought were the worst in the lineup

    But thats the great thing about subjectivity and I think we can all agree, the vast majority of the songs were the worst in some sort of a fashion! :D

    MMmmm.

    Listened to Crazy Frog now. Certainly an annoying piece of rubbish but in my view to be truly the worst song the song must at least take itself seriously. The writer and performer must believe that they are producing something of value.

    Whoever produced Crazy Frog obviously knew they were producing and annoying sound. I expect they will be delighted with this win

    I think the ring-ding-ding-baw sound effect was made by a guy who used to do it as a party piece, impersonating a Honda 50. Some other twat heard, it nicked it and created the Crazy Frog animation to put on his website so he is really the one to blame.

    Now, although I agree that Whip My Hair isn't a good song, I could never vote against it because it was the setting for an epic lip-sync in season 5 of RuPaul's Drag Race!!

    Ah now. What are ye at? Crazy Frog wasn't good by any stretch of the imagination, but the worst of all time? It's less irritating to listen to than, for example, Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" or Joy Division's "Love Will Tear Us Apart"...
