I was thinking of registering for a MSc but not sure if Covid-19 is going to scupper this.

As my understanding currently goes, postgrads will be back before undergrads if circumstances permit. There is an expectation that undergrads won't be starting until October / November. I wouldn't hesitate on registering for the MSc if it was me personally.
