    Hi all,

I want to buy a new phone. Looking at buying on Amazon.es. Is there any risk ordering from them? Is there any difference ordering a phone from .es as opposed to .co.uk? If they say the phone is a Spanish version will it still function correctly over in Ireland?

    Thanks in advance.

No difference. If it's cheaper then go with it.

Hey,recently bought the Xiaomi redmi note 8t for my son and well impressed. Im looking at a new Samsung A51 as Ive always been used to them but now Im swayed by the note 8 pro with the 128gb storage. Not a tech head but the xiaomi is 70 cheaper on Amazon es so was wondering what the opinionare on either phone? Thnks so much

I've ordered the Sony Xperia 1 from. Amazon.de last night it was shipped today. €200 cheaper than amazon.co.uk

I've often bought things from .de with no complications so hopefully this will be the same

Picked up an Xperia 1 last week. Absolutely loving it so far. Only downside for me is the temperamental fingerprint scanner.

Thanks, I'm glad to hear u mostly like the Xperia 1. I can't wait to receive mine.

I wonder are ur fingerprint troubles because of the side location. Have you tried removing the fingerprint and reprogramming it. I had to do with my daughters Huawei, after a week of hit and miss, its now working consistently.

It's a common issue with the Xperia 1 and 5. Software updates mostly fixed it but it's still not 100%.

Would these be the Mark 1 Xperia 1s or have the
    Mark 2s finally come out?

    This too shall pass.

mine is only the mark one. As far as I know the mark 2 still isn't available.
