    have one, The small fella knocked it to the ground. Its not loading now.
    I pressed window buttom and x .
    went to disk management.
    The request could not be peformed because of a I/O error..

    Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

    A request for the USB device descriptor failed
