Eir webmail. User id or password not recognised

    Hi
    I tried to log into my eir webmail account, and it said user I'd or password not recognised.

    I changed my password and got a message to say wait 40 minutes.

    After an hour, I tried again and the same message appeared. I have since changed my password twice and no joy.

    I use to be with eir and moved to another provider over a year ago, so I don't have an account to log a technical fault.

    Anyone have any experience of this? This ist main email account I've been using for years 🙉🙉
    Help on what to do would be appreciated. Thanks

    Did you get sorted with your password.
    Someone I know has a similar problem. Webmail password forgotten but doesn't have an account with Eir and more.

    Call support and they may help, then abandon that account ASAP. Anyone with an eircom net mail account is in for a rude awakening when they start billing or just turn off the service. they're the worst of the free email providers.
