Any tips to get a first class honours in Medicine?

Hi everyone, I'm a fourth-year med student and I was just wondering if anyone has some tips I could use to attempt to get a first in my final degree? Hi everyone,

I am not expecting to in all honesty but I want to give it my best shot!
