MS and Sony are sacrificing profit to try and get you onto their ecosystem. TBH I prefer the Nintendo way. IMO GamePass and the likes are going to cheapen the whole industry and cause developers to struggle to make ends meet. so they'll end up focussing on what they think will make the most profit (think loot boxes and F2P games). I'd rather 3 good games at €50 a pop than 100s of games I'll barely play for €50 a year.Why are Nintendo games so expensive? If you've an Xbox it's free with GP or cheaper on PS4. It's a game you'd need a tv for imo.
Plus you get the thrill of finding a game at a bargain price on Switch 0 -

And then they end up free on GamePass for next to nothing... It must be on the same tracks now as the music industry was 10 (?) years ago.
