HAP scheme on a rented house

    Im looking to rent a room in my house . Someone was looking at the room and they are on HAP. How does the hap scheme work when im renting a room out to a person.
    In application form they are asking me to fill out a tax certificate or tax clearance form.
    How does payment work ? What information do i have to fill out. Any help would be greatly appreciated
