I am looking for an app like clockify or harvest or recommendations for a simililar type of an app that will allow me to track my time on an app

Also an app that would allow me to have a list of jobs and assign them to a certain time and the record how much time I am spending on them

I found https://basecamp.com handy for that kind of thing in the past. Its aimed towards teams, but you can use it individually if you want.

They have a new (free) 'personal' version, haven't tried that yet.

Of course, you could just use Github issues w/ the clocking extension too.

https://toggl.com/features/ has a mobile app, desktop app and web interface. Free version is basic but might work for you.

RescueTime might work for you - depends on what you need it for.

If you're a gnome/linux user, I used to use gnoTime when I was working on time based projects. Worked very well for me back then.
