Eircom webmail problem

Morning all I'm aware Eircom Webmail due to start charging - from end of March I believe. I can't seem to send any emails over the last few days. Not using Outlook or anything - going into the native mail system via Chrome. Anyone else experiencing difficulties ?. Thanks, K

Have you tried ringing them and asking them is there any issues or live chat with an agent

ive the same problem here today - locked out - impossible to contact --- v frustrating -- trying to migrate from them but they seem to be crashing and burning ? virus casualty ?
